The US Attorney said Illinois is the most corrupt State in the Union, did Obama report any corruption ?

Obama was in Illinois politics for years. Did he not think that anything unethical was going on or is he just good at covering his tracks?

If he was involved in playing politics the Chicago way, then he is just very good at covering his tracks. If he wasn’t, then he just looked the other way and allowed it to go on, business as usual.
