    We are not civilians, we are citizens, They are not Soldiers, They are supposed to be peace officers, Not policy enforcers. If the camera is broken the cops owe him a BRAND NEW ONE of the same kind up to date. The officer needs to be taken out of uniform and off the streets for not properly acting like an officer. He does not know the laws so he is an under par employee and must be terminated for unsatisfactory behavior towards the PEOPLE WHO PAY HIM. WE are not criminals you holes.
